I have had this hair problem since I was 13 years old.
I had it when I was 18 years old 115-125 lbs tanned-toned and blond. It has always been this bad. I'm just fed up with having to shave my face and hide the 5 o'clock shadow with all this make-up. I've tried the lazer it didn't work so I am just going to put up with the pain of waxing and tweezing from now on.
